A bit about me
Having enjoyed city life in Bristol for many years, I returned to the wonderful flat fenland of the East of England. I do a lot of walking, often out with the dogs, although I am a bit out of practice when it comes to hills! As they say in the East, ‘do different’ and ‘do well’; these local mottos align with my values and approach to life and work; as I enjoy solving problems, making a difference and, as part of a team working to drive good outcomes for pension scheme clients. I have a Post Grad in Human Resource Management and I am Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accredited.
Experience
My experience in pension scheme management began as Governance Manager for the Allied Domecq pension schemes. From there I joined Muse Advisory in its early years. I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of pension scheme clients.
My experience as a pensions manager is applied in the delivery of our Outsourced Pensions Management services, working as an extension of the Trustee team to ensure pension schemes are well-run. This builds on my early career in reward and benefits which combines well with technical pensions knowledge enabling clients to benefit from both a corporate and consulting perspective.
My specialist areas are governance arrangements, administration oversight, performance management and internal dispute resolution.
