Project Manager

A bit about me

I grew up all over the world but have now settled down in the Kent countryside with my family, including a very hairy but loveable golden retriever, and three cats. I am a total foodie, and love being active, (currently a little obsessed with Barre classes), but being a proud and unashamed geek, I can be found the rest of the time on the sofa playing computer games on one of far too many consoles!

Experience

I joined Muse in October 2024 as a Project Manager where I will be managing a variety of client projects; providing experience on governance, establishing an effective communication strategy, providing strong project oversight, and leveraging technology solutions to provide stakeholders with clear visibility. I have worked in Project Management for about twelve years: after an initial foray in the area of factory infrastructure projects, I found my way into the world of Pensions where I have remained for the past nine years.

My Pensions experience began at HUB Pension Consulting where I project managed bulk DB advice exercises, from small scale to memberships of over ten thousand. Whilst in this role I received my Prince2 Practitioner qualification. Over the following two years I was promoted to the Head of Projects, where I managed a large team as well as overseeing the full scope of all ongoing projects and directing internal strategic change projects throughout the whole of their lifecycle.

In 2015 I moved to Fidelity, where I managed both strategic and regulatory business change projects. I managed both discretionary projects focused on client retention and value add, but also multiple large scale regulatory change projects and programmes. With all of these I was responsible for ensuring these ran on time, whilst managing conflicting priorities and resource challenges, across multiple on and offshore teams.
