A bit about me
When I am not acting as a taxi service or chef to teenagers and their friends, I love being outside. I am happiest when wearing wellies and gardening, hiking or going away for the weekend with friends in our well used caravan. I am attempting to escape the perils of middle age and a love of chocolate by keeping fit and hoping my family forget my agreement to take part in a running event this year.
Experience
I joined Muse in 2023 as Head of People. I support the business with all HR and people related projects.
I have over 20 years HR experience across a variety of industry sectors including banking, software and charities. Alongside generalist HR experience, I have managed a wide range of HR and people related projects including change management, development of competency frameworks, leading and managing large recruitment departments and campaigns.
